Shipping & Delivery Policy

01Overview

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Elite Shilajeet processes, ships and delivers orders placed through our website, within Pakistan and internationally. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.

02Order Processing

• Orders are processed within [1–2] working days after payment is confirmed (or after we confirm a cash on delivery order by phone or message).
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed after [time] or on holidays are processed on the next working day.
• You will receive a confirmation, and a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery times below are estimates counted from dispatch. They are not guaranteed.

04Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

• International shipping is charged according to destination and weight.
• Delivery fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. See our Return & Refund Policy.

05Couriers and Tracking

We ship through reputable third-party courier partners. Once your parcel is dispatched, we send you a tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

06Cash on Delivery

• Cash on delivery is available within Pakistan in areas served by our courier partners.
• Please keep the exact amount ready. The courier may not carry change.
• We may call or message you to confirm a cash on delivery order before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
• If a confirmed order is repeatedly refused, we may require prepayment on future orders.

07Addresses and Delivery Attempts

• Please enter a complete and accurate address and a phone number that is reachable. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details.
• Couriers usually make [2–3] delivery attempts. If they cannot reach you, the parcel may be returned to us.
• For returned parcels, we can re-send at the buyer’s shipping cost, or refund the order less the delivery costs we incurred.
• Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible.

08Receiving Your Parcel

Please check the outer packaging when you receive the parcel. If it looks opened, damaged or tampered with, take a photo or video, ideally while opening it, and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy for what we do next.

09International Shipping

• We ship to selected countries. Availability is shown at checkout.
• Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees of the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
• Import rules for food supplements differ between countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check that the product can be imported legally into their country.
• Parcels held, refused or seized by customs may be returned or destroyed and costs may be deducted from any refund.

10Delays, Lost Parcels and Force Majeure

Delays can happen due to weather, road closures and landslides in mountain regions, courier operations, public holidays, security situations or customs. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us with your order number and we will trace it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11Storage on Arrival

Shilajit is a natural product. Store it sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In very hot weather, resin may soften during transit, which does not affect its quality.
