How to Use Elite Shilajeet

A simple guide to taking Shilajit resin and drops safely, and who should check with a doctor first.

Once daily

Simple routine

One serving a day. More is not better.

Warm, not hot

Water or milk

Never use boiling water, it can break down the resin.

Start small

Go slowly

Begin with a smaller amount to see how you feel.

Be consistent

Daily use

Regular use matters more than the exact time of day.

Resin

How to take Shilajit resin

Resin is the traditional, concentrated format. It takes about a minute to prepare.

1

Measure

Use a clean, dry spoon to take a small, pea-sized amount (about [500mg]) from the jar. Start with a smaller amount for the first few days.

2

Warm your drink

Heat about a cup of water or milk until warm. It should be comfortable to drink, not boiling.

3

Dissolve

Add the resin and stir for 30 to 60 seconds until it dissolves into a dark, clear liquid.

4

Drink

Drink it once a day. Many people take it in the morning, but choose a time you can keep up.

5

Seal and store

Close the jar tightly straight away and store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
