Shilajit is a natural, tar-like resin that forms slowly over centuries from compressed plant and organic matter in high-altitude mountain rock. It has been used traditionally in Himalayan and Karakoram regions.

Products and Usage
What is the difference between resin and drops?
Resin is the traditional concentrated format that you dissolve in warm water or milk. Drops are a ready-to-use liquid in a dropper bottle, with no measuring needed.
How do I take Shilajit resin?
Take a small pea-sized amount (about [500mg]), dissolve it in warm water or milk, stir until clear and drink once daily. Do not use boiling water.
How do I use the drops?
Add the serving printed on your bottle to a drink or take it as directed. Use the dropper provided and keep the cap tightly closed after use.
What is the best time to take it?
Many people take it in the morning. Consistent daily use matters more than the exact time. Follow the guidance on your product.
How long will a jar last?
A 50g jar lasts about [100] days at a pea-sized serving of about [500mg] per day, and a 100g jar about [200] days. Drops last depending on the serving you use.
How should I store it?
Keep it tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In hot weather resin may soften, which does not affect its quality.

How is Elite Shilajeet purified?
Raw Shilajit goes through water-based, multi-stage filtration followed by controlled natural drying. No chemical solvents are used at any stage.
Is every batch tested?
Batches are sent to independent laboratories for fulvic acid content, heavy metals and microbiological safety, and reports are published where available. Lab scope can vary by batch.
Can I see the lab reports?
Yes. Reports are available on our website, or you can ask us for the report for your batch using the contact form.
How can I tell real Shilajit from fake?
Look for a named source region, published batch-specific lab reports, a described purification method and resin that dissolves cleanly in warm water. Be careful of very cheap products with no documentation.
Why can colour and smell vary?
Shilajit is a natural product, so colour, texture and aroma can differ slightly from batch to batch. This is normal.

Returns and Refunds
Can I return my order?
Sealed, unopened products can be returned within [7] days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
What if my parcel arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. We will send a replacement or refund you.
Can I cancel my order?
