01Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an Elite Shilajeet order, and when we may cancel an order. It works together with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.
02Cancelling Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched.
- Contact us as soon as possible by email [add email], WhatsApp [add number] or our contact form.
- Give your order number and the email or phone used for the order.
- We confirm the cancellation in writing. Your request is only complete once we confirm it.
Because we dispatch quickly, the sooner you contact us, the more likely we can stop the order.
03After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may:
- refuse delivery when the courier arrives (cash on delivery orders), though please note the refusal may affect future cash on delivery orders; or
- request a return of a sealed, unopened product within the return period under our Return & Refund Policy.
04Changing an Order
To change your address, phone number, product or quantity, contact us before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change it. If a change cannot be made, you can cancel and place a new order.
05Cash on Delivery Orders
- We may call or message you to confirm cash on delivery orders. If we cannot reach you after [2] attempts within [48 hours], we may cancel the order.
- Repeatedly refusing or not accepting delivery may lead us to ask for prepayment on future orders.
06When We May Cancel an Order
We may cancel an order, before or after dispatch, if:
- the product is out of stock or no longer available;
- there is a pricing, description or listing error;
- we cannot verify your details or payment, or suspect fraud or misuse;
- we cannot deliver to your address;
- events outside our control prevent us from fulfilling the order.
We will tell you, and refund any amount you paid in full.
07Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid orders: refunded in full to the original payment method within [7–14] working days after cancellation is confirmed.
- Cash on delivery orders: nothing is charged, so no refund is needed.
- Your bank or payment provider may need extra days to show the refund.

08Bundles and Multiple Items
You can cancel a whole order, or ask to remove one item before dispatch. If you cancel part of a bundle or a promotional order, the bundle price or free shipping offer may no longer apply to the remaining items.
